COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Seco Drives M4225-00020A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Madge-Smart parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Smc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the NICC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAGJ00200MM0 manufactured by Madge-Smart and we are pleased to be able to service most Madge-Smart systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MXY12100BDf9PSensors by Manufacturer Smc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Metasys Brand MSNAE35242 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Oriental-Motor such as M540401115 equipment made by Oriental-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NB304SCORPIO2 made by Rsa as well as the popular P5507FTC original spares produced by Avaya Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NSBM01 by Bailey and M540401115 spares by Oriental-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSNAE55210 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls. |
